For anyone who might be interested in a tad bit of experimenting i replaced the Amin with an Emin7 chord and its kind of like a giant extension from the Amin chord because the A is in the bass. Just somethin i kinda noticed and thought was cool. Anyway, all your videos are awesome dude and I'm learning a lot from them. Thank you very much.
This was a good turtorial and I hope to learn more about how to play salsa music more. Thanks bro for showing this video on tips and the enthuisiam. And it's comlpicated at first but with practice you'll get it. God bless

hey brother, thank you very much, i go to a pentecostal church and this will help us very much. Keep on posting more videos, the way you explain step by step and note by note is veryyyyyy helpful. you have a gift from the lord!! God bless
it would be immensely useful to have a metronome beat going while u r playing as without clear downbeat indication it is impossible to follow your rhythmic placements which i suspect r mostly off beat.
ok but people cant benefit from this demo, as it appears to be a burst of notes to which they have to guess the chord changes before the get any benefit of your intention.
well everyone transposition it wont matter sure its good to learn in every key but if u played this on real piano itll sound the same. just different pitch
You're right Dadee3, transposing limits your learning. When you transpose, you aren't playing the chord, instead you're playing another chord "transposed" to the chord you want...example, if i want to play a C minor chord, and I play in A minor and transpose it 3 half tones up, i won't never learn to play in C minor , instead i will playing in A minor. Transposing the keyboard works when you are in a live presentation, and you have to follow the singer in a complex improvised theme.
yeah why the transponse?anyways that was nice!! i have been looking for this kind of tutorials lke i learned by my self i do it totally different im glad i found this video god bles!!

I had a website for a while in Yahoo- small business. You can get a domain name for less than 10 usd. u design your own webpage, it's real easy. I have some software to build your own page. u can use office 2007 also (i have an extra disc if you need it, let me know, no charge of course)
U can also sign up for paypal to get paid (they only charge you everytime you get paid, it's a very small fee) people can pay with credit cards, atms, bank accounts...
sure, i need an address, you could give me the Church address if you like or any address. I will send you office07 and i think i can send you my other christian desing software not sure about the last one. And if you need some help let me know, i know a little about this stuff u can just set up a paypal icon on your website, something to start with.
It's good to see that you've been able to post more videos.I just found out today about your new videos.I've been waiting for months for this and God has been able to open doors.I hope you get the opportunity to post hundreds of tutorials.Thank you for taking out time to do this for all of us.
Hey no problem. I just know that people out there need these lessons cause i was once there, looking for video lessons and sometimes i couldnt find them. That what im here for.
Transposing is when you-by a click of the transpose button- go up in pitch without moving your chords at all. For example, if i want to play a song on Cmaj, and the song normally played on Amaj. Then you just stay on Cmaj and use the Transpose button x3 down. Its technically cheating.
May God bless you brother... I'd like to make a small correction for the benefit of those who watch. Towards the end of the video... you're NOT doing D Major 7; you're doing just plain D7. There is a difference. D Major 7 is played using D F# A and C#. You do not need to use the word "major" when you are refering to a major chord. Just the chord name (ie. C, D, etc) will do.
Yes you are correct. Im sorry. I had forgotten about that rule. It gets confusing after seeing keys almost everyday! But thats just an excuse. God bless and thank you for watching out for that.
Dios te bendiga can you make a tutorial with major keys like in the key of C, G, and F??

But my advice is that is better to play in each original chord, instead of transposing, so you learn ALL THE CHORDS correctly.

You're right Dadee3, transposing limits your learning. kool.
God bless you.

hola, ta chevere tu video hermano uno de los anteriores hizo q pudiera dividir mis manos para bajo y montuno... gracias ... dime q diferencias hay entre esto y la timba o la salsa cubana en general?...para piano
eljivansda 4 years ago
Gracias. No se la respuesta a tu pregunta. Por lo general, se que la salsa cubana tiene un montuno diferente a la salsa puertoriquena. Pero no estoy seguro. Dios te bendiga

What is transposing?
lyo1492 4 years ago
Transposing is when you-by a click of the transpose button- go up in pitch without moving your chords at all. For example, if i want to play a song on Cmaj, and the song normally played on Amaj. Then you just stay on Cmaj and use the Transpose button x3 down. Its technically cheating.

Ok. Thanks. God Bless You

Transposing is bad!!
