  • Hi Kyley, Love your vid's and your range of kitchen knives that you are currently making. I use a Chinese clever(CC) a lot and was just wondering if you would be making them in a different size? I like using the 8in standard blade. Also in your experience would it be possible to make a CC that can chop through bone i.e pig trotters and at the same time can be a good slicer for Veg? Without edge damage? What steel would be good for that? Thks bro

  • Actually the grinds on both look very good to me for kitchen knives. Sticking is minimal, knife is sharp. Great.
