Hi Kyley, Love your vid's and your range of kitchen knives that you are currently making. I use a Chinese clever(CC) a lot and was just wondering if you would be making them in a different size? I like using the 8in standard blade. Also in your experience would it be possible to make a CC that can chop through bone i.e pig trotters and at the same time can be a good slicer for Veg? Without edge damage? What steel would be good for that? Thks bro

Actually the grinds on both look very good to me for kitchen knives. Sticking is minimal, knife is sharp. Great.
