Very real so get used to it. This car is a tuner's delight. Many 135's are producing similar results with simple ECU software or "piggyback" mods. My 2008 135 with DInan Stage 2 and Performance Exhaust accelerates very similar to what you see in this video.

It's not fake. Sheesh. 135i is powered by the same 300 HP turbo i6 as the 335i, and it's lighter. With nothing but a chip, it's been known to run 0-60 in high 3s. In fact, I've seen a 135i with less than $5k of mods (chip, tires, turbo tune, and catback) doing 0-60 in 3.5 and a standing quarter in low 11s.

People don't watch vids like this to see the road - they just wanna know how the car accelerates, and this view is the only one that shows tach and speedo.

It is not stock believe me... actually believe the one that posts this video, he says it him self. Stock 135i runs 1/4 mile in about 13.5 seconds. My 2010 tuned SHO does it in 12.6sec. I compared his 100-200 with mine and this 135i is faster than my car. The only thing is the launching which, because of not being AWD is slower, otherwise that car is very fast. My guess is that it would run the 1/4 mile in 12.8 at 114mph... better than 13.5 at 105mph when stock.

How you can see on the video, tachometr attacts 270 kmh. The real (GPS) speed can be around 250-260. I had 335i. And the speedlimiter was at 260 tacho, GPS speed was 247kmh.

Every BMW has a speed limiter. But it changes in every car +- 10 kmh.

So in this 135i speed limiter starts at 270 tacho I guess.

The 135i has 306Hp stock. It's not because it's small that it's not quick. 306Hp is more than the first release of the Porsche 996 Carrera, which had 280Hp. And the 135i weighs about the same ---> its quick.

My mother has the convertible and believe me, it's really this quick. The traction control has to kick in when you nail the throttle, even on dry roads.
