Here's a hint, when you get to the surround and drown stage, you can take off those SCBA's. And if you put out the little bits of fire at your feet while you overhaul, you don't have to suck in all that smoke. Nice job on water supply, you guys just need not to work so hard when you don't need to. Your back and lungs will thank you 20 years from now.
why cut a hole in a ventilated roof and why was the ladder truck putting water on a roof that had no flames shooting out of it??? overall ,,, you got the fire out but you did a pritty sloppy job,,,
@NewAgeVideos Are you sure the house was a loss? I remember them putting up new siding after a little tlc on the inside just a couple months after the fire.
@righthandglove1 - I should have re-wrote that part. I meant to say I thank the house looks like a total lose. If they did save the house that's great, but wow that would have been a-lot of work. So much water damage and smoke (with the fire also). But I have seen people safe homes with more damage.
I was at that fire, Great job on the video! My husband is one of the contractors and he's the one who discovered the house was on fire when he and his crew returned from lunch. I was out there again today and took pictures.
Did the roofers still get paid???
