  • What is the percentage of 100% totally good welded cars vs cars needing repairs?

Do they need to go to another station for Humans to do MIG weld touch ups?

  • Just don't get in there way lol

  • Yes I like it too, thanks

  • HMIN,lol. Dont quite look like it.

  • They don't seem to go any faster than some assholes i've worked with.....but, no complaints, no wages, no lunch, no strikes, no psychological problems.....!

  • auto products

  • HMA?

  • Honda gave us Asimo. Fanuc gave us Honda. Soichiro made Honda. Wow - there was a man! We can excite about robotics but there is always human being in the begining of the automatization process. Sorry for bad English.

  • I hate robots ... They are stealing my job !

  • Pretty awesome (Y)

  • That is FANUC 100%, they are yellow, black motors and red coders on motors.

  • Which plant was this takin at? I used to work for Honda, I'm an Industrial Mechanic, I used to work on machines just like these.

  • Robots, with human programmers, already make robots in Japan. They have been doing for over 10 years

  • my personal opinion abb is better then fanuc

  • Fanuc 100%

  • this vid was kool! =D

  • Honda uses Fanuc b/c its Japanese company, also Fanuc is yellow. The other manufacture that Honda uses is motoman, which is also Japanese...surprise.

Robots are fun to program, untill you are doing it all day everyday......

    DCX PM/MK launch surviver

  • i used to work at the honda plant in alliston when i was a student... you will be amazed by the capabilities and precision of these robots

  • hadaway and shyte these robots make crap welds. im a time served welder, not just a factory mig welder, a weld cell setter and a programmer. they may amaze you but they sure as shit dont amaze me. i programme these machines to weld for honda landrover ford and nissan and their welds are fucking shit i could do a better job with a welding rod sticking out of my arse hole.

  • @gluepot66

I believe you. I see what kind of welds these robots make daily.

  • hey i used to work in Alliston as a student eng too. I was in AF.

  • I hate the fact that those biological units are so inefficient. They're slowing down the robots.

We need more electromechanical cybernetic systems to replace the obsolete biological cybernetic systems so commonly used.

  • thats stupid there taking people jobs

  • blowjobbly1234:

Actually, this is DRAMATICALLY safer for humans.. Robots cannot be injured by the sparks. Why don't you go talk to some old GM employees who had to spot-weld by hand and tell me the same thing?

And did you notice? *gasp* There were still people walking about...

  • Are you kidding me?? Industry robots are the coolest thing ever! yeah, these kind of videos really gets me going. Thank you so much for uploading!

Love that move @ 1:32. Awesome...

  • They look kind of lazy actually.

  • them robosexuals stick their electrodes up each others asses every night.

  • Cool, I didn't know Honda used Fanucs...

  • THE TUK UR JUBZZ

  • Gee, sure makes you think, robot's taking over our jobs, i guess they have their good and bad point's.

  • ur not allowed cameras in there!

  • welcome to mars factory plant

  • Robots scare me. More robots are getting our welding jobs as technology advances. I hope I'll never be replaced by a fricken machine.

  • Might be a good time to learn programming instead. ;)

  • @Nanaijo3 The programming of these robots is made using a licensed software. No idea what can you actually program - its all gestures and commands there

  • Look, there is still a man feeding the robots the construction parts. Be at ease man. You will keep your job even if it's not the same as before ;)

  • caterpillar use robots to build engines.

  • Look up "the venus project". Robots can set the humanity free to the extend that we will not need to work for a living. It is a good news that they're capable of doing this we actually need more of it.

  • what welding process wire or spot

  • these are spot welding, but honda uses all sorts obviously

  • So you are saying these robots are having sex with each other? :p

  • hahahahha, very funny!

  • "Machines making machines. How perverse!"

  • not really.coz humans make humans too. XD

  • Is it all automatic or is a human controlling them?

The day we have to worry is when robots are building robots..

  • They are automatic, controlled by program, program written by people though :)

  • @ztmike this day already came - on Fanuc Factory in Japan robots build robots....)

you can find video here called "FANUC Japan"

  • @ztmike

A lot of people behave as if they were robots though... Humans behaving automatically building robots that build cages fueled by explosives for fun and profit.

  • It's look like FANUC robots!

  • As far as I know they use two suppliers for robotic arms and one of them is definitely Fanuc, not so sure if those are FANUC or the others though.

  • lolz.. suppliers.. if i get rich in later life im gonna buy one of these just for thrills.. :D they are pretty amazing

  • In 2011 the Honda killbots become self aware

    KILL ALL HUMANS

  • yes YES!!! YES! KILL ALL THE HUMANS especially EVERYONE! killbots KILL KILL KILL!!!

  • "especially EVERYONE" Giggle :)

  • weel...we gutta leetel prublim heah massa. no hit me wud dee whip boss...

  • I like Honda bots.

  • Hey Yobnez - stop being such a prick.

  • U fardar woyks in dee faktory ? Learn fucking English you asshole...

  • Sukk shajt ya fkkyn booyatcha. I will now kill all your pets and your negroid mother.

  • artificial inteligent

  • Which plant is that? I work for a Honda Supplier and have been to Marysville, East Liberty, and Honda Canada plant 1.

  • As far as I know they still need some people for Plant 2, give it a try mate!

  • They aint gonna take me work anytime soon^^

  • Try watching it for 8,9 or 10 hours a day.You soon get bored with it...

  • or 7-12s your imagination starts to kick in, and you imagine the pick and place robot picking the plant manager and placing him in the tooling center where the holes are bored and tapped.

  • Amazing. They move so smoothly, not how you'd expect robots to move.

  • LOL

  • Me fatha werkz in da fcktory. PWND!!!

  • i hate u

  • And why should I care about such an important info?
