how much difference would a touch-up of an older tattoo ( a few years) done with cheap ink touched up with really good ink.

@goodlookin41 Depending on the quality and brand of ink, you can have a much brighter, softer, creamier, or washed out look (if the previous tattoo isn't hard to tattoo over). But, they will always be more defined, if done properly.
