WORST 5 FRAGRANCES OF 2010

Good job for putting JPG's Le Male out there and Chanel's Antaeus as not so good. The first is not so much a bad smelling fragance but it is very overrated. I don't dislike it but I would never buy it. Anteus is one of those I would never wear regardless.

I got a sample of Aventus and tried it on, expecting it to smell somewhat like what I got from the bottle, and all I could smell was 'da hood and a harsh burnt tire. I absolutely HATE Bond No. 9 Silver Factory! I can't even wear it longer than 5 minutes are I would get a headache. I don't like Joop either, those 2 scents are waaaay to strong an funky for me.

dan, i ordered samples of grey vetiver...plus after watching you're review of sycomore i ordered samples....the compliments i got off sycomore were enough to make me buy some... wow..i really like this fragrance, my wife really likes it on me and my daughters think it smells elegant and classy... so thanks dan..you are the man...always a fan

@MyMickers. JPG Le Male?!?! I've literally gotten more POSITIVE comments from this fragrance than any other fragrance in my collection. The ladies seem to LOVE JPG!! The vanilla note becomes more subtle on my skin after about an hour. Oh, well...everybody's skin is different. The rest of those fragrances (you've bombed) do, in fact, smell terrible!! 90% of your review was great!! Take care!!

For me A*Men is the only fragrance that made me hurl when I first smelled it and is my no1 hate scent. I can understand your dislike of Antaeus I once tried it from a tester and got a lot of negative comments on it.

Dior Homme I love, LeMale I HATE because it is worn by to many people everywhere! Nothing unique about that mess! Grey Flannel is indeed a hot a** mess! LOL!  Antaeus was to much for me to handle. Altho Chanel men offerings dont impress me to begin with. I prefer there female lineup! You should have put Bleu de Chanel n that mix! That really would have sent people into a riot. LOL! Great video Dan, after seeing your list if you have not tried dior pour homme intense DON'T, because like I told Hiro I discribe DHI as the bastard child of Dior Homme and Le Male LOL...Wow Antaeus huh well you killed the young fan base with le male, might as well get rid of the older fan base too LOL JK. Have you ever smelled Kouros by YSL? Compared to this one, Grey Flannel appears to be a pretty polite boy.

I don't like Le Male either. Bought it, tried it once and never wore it again. I tried grey flannel because I also heard positive reviews; someone even stated that it was similar to fahrenheit (NOT!). I think a senior woman could pull it off though. Le Male fanatics are going to go bananas. I respect the fact that you are honest and not afraid to voice your own opinion. Best of luck. :D

I had the same feeling about Dior Homme. I gave it a couple more wearings, and I finally warmed up to it. Having said that, I far prefer the Intense version. I got Le Male a couple years ago from a suggestion I got from my friend. I wear it.. but I'm not a huge fan. Powdery fragrances aren't my thing.
