Music industry execs bending over musicians, shoving pine cones up their bum and stealing their wallet, all the while telling them 'You're getting a good deal.'
Copyright policing does nothing to prevent piracy and only creates a backlash. Musicians themselves get most of their money from concerts and band merchandise. You end up paying out of your own pocket to get an album released and even then the studio ends up taking about 80% of the profits. It only protects the lawyers and lobbyists, it does nothing for the content creators.
@Number1UltimateMJFan - Well, when I created this over a year ago, I took painstaking work in it. I wanted it to be great. I must have tweaked it a million times to have it go with the music. I believe my downfall was when I used the version that was commercially licensed by NBC to sell on CD. There is something in that theme song embedded and it marks it as licensed. And, as such, it never uploaded the song. I got that error message immediately.
You know, I don't know how you determine who has right to audio tracks and who doesn't. I think these disclaimers are total bullshit and the people who run YouTube should know that. If this post has the Golden Girls theme on it, what's different about it compared to many other postings featuring the theme song? For those who are fans of the show who don't catch everything related to it on YouTube, there's what seems to be an unauthorized dance remix of the theme song, but that's still here.
What is the purpose of removing the sound from the videos? It's just totally ineffective. I can go to 500 other videos with the song on it right now. Hell I can post a link for people to download it. All removing the song does is ruin one person's video. Dumbass youtube admins dont seem to realize that.

We must burn down WMG!

If you want to get the volume back, try giving all copyright to: Michael Gold, Asylum Records.

And I'm not saying which poster did it, so have fun trying to find it, especially the YouTube police.

I love it! I have an idea, though...how about putting the words "Also Starring" above Betty White's name in one of your future videos?
