well in the full game the only 3 things that happen are that the sky gets all distorted and jazz looks woozy and which ever direction you tell him to go he goes the opposite. In the demo the difference is the sky doesn't get distorted, but instead everything spins arround and changes hue (it looks really cool and they probably removed it in the final game since people probably wouldn't play through it, they'd just get dizzy from smoke rings all the time)
at 5:25 you should go down you could get blaster power up

Maybe at 6:00 you need to push the box over to the left somehow, and then break it? I haven't played this game in ages, can't remember.
