  • Hey im 15 years old, and should i start doing Deadlifts? and also how much creatine a day should i take? Last thing, i crash in the middle of my workout and it makes me not wanting to lift anymore. Am i doing something wrong? PLZ ANSWER THESE 3 QUESTIONS PLZ, and thanks

  • IMHO you shouldnt be doing deadlifts at 15, if you want to do them I would wait till you are 17 and make sure you have a very experienced coach work with you to make sure your form is 100% on. You can really screw your body up with improper form with powerlifting exercises. Creatine? At 15 you should not be taking ANY supplements!

  • wow this guy even knows more than Jay Cutler.

  • Thats a distraction I didnt even think of, using a bluetooth phone while lifting! What is x-sport, a gym?

  • I used to stretch between sets until I saw this. I've adopted your approach and I'm no worse for the wear. Good vid, Scooby.

  • hi, quick question, should i start doing sit ups and/or crunches with alot of body fat? i know that my abs wont show up untill my stomach is low on body fat but will it give me a good hearth workout or anything else? any reply would be appreciated, thanks.

  • Thelee456:

It is always a good idea to train the whole body, and strong abs provide a stable core which helps you to do other exercises safely and effectively. You are right that the abs won't show right away- you don't have unrealistic expectations, so as long as you are doing plenty of cardio and following a good nutrition plan (check out Scooby's 6 pack abs videos for ideas) the abs workouts you start now will mean you have better abs to reveal when the fat comes off.

  • thanks for the reply, much appreciated :D

  • I love Scooby so much.

  • Hi Scooby,

I'd just like to say, that while I understand this video is aimed at advanced bodybuilding, I think that these principles can be applied to any one who wants to use weight training to build up their strength. I have started using dumbbells for biceps curls and flys. Your videos on slow controlled form have helped me understand it's benefits, especially using enough wait so that it's a real challenge to do the last couple of reps on the last set but maintaining the form. Good video.

  • MarkTwain1015: Absolutely. I wish I knew about focus when I started!

  • We are gonna take Hans between our hands .... ( oh sorry Hans ) hahha =]

  • By the way, is Evilcyber your sidekick or a comedian with a hero lol. Just kidding

  • Evilcyber is someone whose opinion I really respect, he knows what he is talking about.

  • hey scooby love your videoes and i was just wondering if you have ever been in the army coz you look like one of those commando army dudes

  • Its just the buzzcut, nope I've never been in the service.

  • Thanks for the reply. I m eating 5 to 6 small nutrition meal every day. But my concern was is it OK to start working out right after i wake up or i should eat breakfast then go for exercise. I have listen to your advices and follow the procedure for some weeks and finally me and my friends started to notice some changes. Thanks Scooby keep up the great work.

  • You should always eat your small, well-balanced meal first thing when you wake up! After sleeping your muscles have gone at least 8hrs without protein to rebuild themselves and they need that infusion ASAP. Remember that after a hard workout it can take 5 days for the muscles to rebuild themselves so nutrition is important 24/7!

  • Really helpful, 5/5. Btw, Scooby, i started doing dumbell curls with palms up, using only the elbow joint like you said in this video, but when im done with them my hands keep shaking on their own and the joint gets hard like a stone so i cant move the arm completely, and i stay like this for like 45 mins, i wanted to know if this is normal, Thanks.

  • What supplements do you recomend?

  • I dont recommend any supplements, check out my website under Nutrition>Supplements to see why. I can only type 500chars here :(

  • Also is there another workout I ca do to replace "Forced Negatives"?

  • Thanks for the advise Scooby

  • Great video Scooby. My muscles are bigger in the evening for some reason than during the day do you know why this happens. Do you know any exercises that would make you better at arm wrestling?

  • "Arm wrestling" is more shoulder than arm, it would be very similar to the exercises you would do on your shoulder if you had a rotator cuff injury. It your muscles are bigger in the evening its probably because in the morning you are dehydrated (smaller) and by the evening you are fully hydrated.

  • I need saraj jay :)

  • Scooby,

I'm 17 years old. I am 5'10 and about 144 pounds with an extremely fast metabolism. I have watched many of your videos and I have a few questions. I workout almost everyday but my workouts are never intense. I also end my workouts everyday with an ab workout. I do one day upper body and one day lower. I want to gain weight. But I can't seem to gain weight ive been stuck in the 142-146 range for months. Am I working out too much or too little? Should I change my workout?

  • Please dont use the scale, please see my website for better ways to measure your progress!

Have you gotten stronger in the last 3 months? If so, dont worry because mass follows strength.

  • I seem to get a little stronger but I don't seem to get bigger =[. I can lift like 5-10 pounds more than I could a few months ago and almost all my workouts but I haven't noticed myself getting any bigger.

  • thx for this vid, you are really cool and your advice are helpful.

  • Hey scooby thanks for great video, they help me a lot. Is it better to workout in the morning after eating breakfast or before eating breakfast.

  • To gain strength/mass with bodybuilding you need to watch your nutrition very carefully, that means 6 meals a day (one every 2-3hrs) with 20-30g protein in each meal. The first meal needs to be right when you wake up.

  • Scooby, my man. juz wanted to know do you or have you competed in any body building contest, bcoz you obviously have to physique to do so, and if you have what were the results.

    cheers mate,

  • No I've never been in a BB contest. Maybe I will do a masters constest when I reach 50.

  • Good video. I try to do it every time focus. You can even close your eyes and think about the muscles worked and it does put you in a great state of mind. Shame people do talk on the cell phone and distract others.

Scooby any chance you can post more info on your website about nutrition. The fat loss info is fine but how about someone wanting to grow a little. I'm sure you did not get to be in shape on a calorie deficit. Thanks !

  • The nutrion info in my video "6-pack abs fast, part 2: Nutrition" holds if you are trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or do BOTH at the same time. The weight loss is gradual enough that your ability to add muscle will not be affected at all if you follow the nutritional suggestions: 6 small meals a day each with 15-30g protein.

  • ok need to meet this man 4 a good time anytime

  • I applied this technique in my workout during my weights class and i will say i could definitly feel a difference. The only problem i had was that i became so focused on the excercises and the amount of time i was resting, that i accidently stole someones waterbottle :\. It wasnt till i finished my workout that i realized i had two waterbottles by my feet instead of one.

  • Thats funny! Glad it helped.

  • That's some great info there Scooby. Thanks. All is clear.

  • Thanks Scooby.

  • Hi Scooby, I have started to go to the gym and do dumb-bell flies and dumbbells for chest since 2 months ago. I have started doing this so I can get rid of the fat around my nipple. The only difference I have seen is my upper chest getting hard and muscular but I am so overwhelmed with the fat in my nipple area because it makes my nipple kind of stick out.

  • Making your pecs stronger will have NO effect at all on fat stored in your nipple area. There is no such thing as spot fat removal!!!! All you can do is eat less & do more cardio to reduce your overall bodyfat level and some (hopefully all) of the fat in your nipple area will be go away also. When you get so ripped that you have an 8-pack, it should be gone, if not, you can talk to your doctor and options.

  • How did they put that guy's head on the video of my body?

  • cub DDDDD?

  • scooby your videos are great but theres only so much info you can get out in each one and only so much time to plan it out. you really should think about writing a book on this, it would be 100 times better then mario lopez's

  • Thanks for your vote of confidence LALC! Unfortunately it takes a lot of money to publish real books, no way I can complete with Mario Lopez :)

  • lol, yes! I love the parrt when he says no reading. :)

  • I have SEEN that at a real gym. Some nincompoop reading a folded newspaper while laying down doning leg curls. It was clear they had no idea how many reps they had done, they just kind of flopped around for 30 reps and stopped when they were at the end of the story.

  • I have always stretched in between sets. I have been working out in a private gym my parents sent me to since I was 9 yrs old. I am 34 and have my own gym and am used to still stretching between sets, so is my big brother who was at this camp since he was 13. Were we taught wrong? What is the problem or does it just not benefit you to stretch between sets? Can it hurt you?

  • I'm not saying that stretching between sets is bad, I'm just saying that I think there are more valuable things to be doing. If you like stretching between sets then divide your time between my "action items" and the stretching.

  • Are You American?

  • Thanks for answering my question scooby

  • Hey scooby, I have a question :

What do make of Dumbbell squats ? are they safe to train at home ? Sorry its random.

By the way Scoob, sorry about all these nasty comments from people on here.

  • For home leg workouts, dumbbell squats are far safer than squats because you can quickly and easily drop the dumbbells if you get in trouble. I'm going to be working on my leg exercise vids this winter.

  • oh ya . scooby , i just found out i got Asymmetry abs =( sad.. but is there such thing as Asymmetry chest ? cause my mum said that my left chest has more muscles that my right .. advice please ?.

  • Yes, chest asymmetry exists. What to do about it? Turn your chocolate side to the camera.

  • As evilcyber says, dont worry about it. Yes, chest asymmetry is *very* common.

  • scooby =) wiggle ears are not genetics my parents and sister can't wiggle . i can't wiggle last time . but weeks of pratice i can wiggle now =)

  • Yo Scooby

My friends dad said he knows you from work and he said u are affiliated with The Aryan Brotherhood. He also said you are the coolest gay guy ever,he said he was very homophobic before he met you. Thanks to you Scooby he isnt homophobic anymore. Just wanted to let you know u are a great role model for gays. Im not a fagg,i love pussy.

    later man

  • hey scooby ive been training for 7 years now and no matter what i do on my shoulders they never seem to hurt the next day. ive got to the stage where i do has heavy has i can but cant raise the weight without having bad form. you know any forced negatives for shoulders?? any tips would be appreciated thanks!

  • Don't go for soreness, go for strength and size. Not everybody gets sore in every bodypart, but as long you get stronger and bigger everything is still in order.

  • dude i guess the last slap was a tight one!!! hhahah ..man ur funny.lolzz

  • yo,thx u for all your vids :D

  • Man flexing each pec by itself looked so cool haha.

A quick question for those of us that have unfortunatly let our selves go down that road to where our pecs go the opposite way. Will Chest exercises really change man boobs into a decent looking chest?

  • If you are an adult: no. You will have to lose the fat that sits on top of the muscle.

If you are an adolescent: You may suffer from gynecomastia and it should go away by itself after a while.

  • scooby i'm 14 and have a small body frame does that mean my max muscle mass will be less?

  • Hey scooby, im a 13 year old kid who goes to the weightroom everyday and basically works out according to your videos, and my dad who used to be a body builder, and i have a question. How long would you say it took you to get all of the muscle you have today? And whats your daily eating habits, mainly what you use for snacks rather than breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thanks man, keep the videos coming!

  • I know you are anxious to build muscle but 13 is too young in my opinion to be going to the weightroom everyday. To answer your question, I've been lifting 25+ years but the last 7 years I havent made any gains. So it took me about 18 years of lifting to get to my current mass.

  • Scooby, I'm a fitness instructor who is just getting into bodybuilding. Your videos are the best on YouTube. Please keep them coming.

  • Thanks lisp303,

Thats great to hear from somebody in the business!

  • Hey, im 13 and im skinny. i do 15-20 pushups almost every night, the real kind the i saw u do in one of ur videos. im not buildin up any muscle though. sum of my friends say that i need to get more fat so that i can build up muscle. is that true? can u help me out here plz? thanks

  • No! You dont have to get fat to build muscle! Dont listen to them. Just learn what good nutrition is by doing some research (or checking out my nutrition video).

  • jajaja. anyway, i didnt want to ofend you, sorry if i did. i have 16 years and i practice bodybuilding for 1 year but i dont get my pects in shape, what exercise do you recommend to me? i was a little fat when i started so my pects are a combinations of fat and muscle. ( im peruvian). congratulations for your good videos.

  • Hey jorgejj,

I'm certainly not offended :) To build pecs its a combination of pushing exercises (like pushups or bench press) and squeezing exercises (like dumbbell flys). Most people dont do enough of the squeezing exercises in my opinion. On my youtube profile, there is a playlist for chest exercises. Check that out to find some good squeezing exercises. "Sqqeeeeezeeeee!"

  • hi i got a doubt, what type of exercises can i do to improve the middle part of my chest?

  • Sorry, no way to specifically work on the middle of the chest. Just make the whole thing bigger and stronger.

  • scooby u have a great personality .. ur a great video instructor for youtube and keep up the good vids..

  • Bit of a different question, what's the best way to build the lower-back/glutes according to you ?

  • Gum, MP3 players, etc - the answer is always the same. You know best what distracts you and what helps you focus. My basic point is this - dont do anything that distracts your focus! Everybody is different, its not possible to come up with a definitive list that is true for every bodybuilder.

  • Scooby, I have a question... when I do hammer curls my shoulders hurt as well, does this mean that I am doing them incorrectly, or are my other muscles just stronger than my shoulders? Please respond. Thanks in advance.

  • Shoulder pain while doing biceps not good. Have a friend watch you and verify your elbows are really pinned against your side keeping your shoulder immobile. If they are then your only choice is to move to the preacher bench to do curls where the shoulder can be totally removed from the picture.

  • Scooby thanks man... I watched the video you put up on how to do hammer curls. I found out what I was doing wrong. Thanks again.

  • men your videos are great but your jokes are a little stupid. hi

  • Just a little stupid? I think my sense of humor stagnated at the 5th grade level.

  • Too much talking misterO. If you want to instruct, make your own series of vids. Simple.

  • We are here to share knowledges and point of views for the benefit of all, its not because someone make usually good videos that I have to agree with evrything he say, comon man wake up ! I just share my point of view I dont need to create a video for that, I have better things to do .

  • Ok, I'll share some knowledge with you: See that link at the bottom of the video's page that says "View all 349 comments"? Click on it and you'll find your comments.

  • ... it does the opposite and its even advised depending of the exercise obviously, you wont do crunch with a chewing gum but can do dumbbell curl with it.

That was my delected comment folks !

    ...

  • Chewing gum I find distracts me from proper breathing, cos I have to concentrate on stopping the gum going down my throat.

  • Maybe you have some problem with it but its not for everyone, check some forum on internet about the fact to use chewing gum while working out and you will see that most people are fine with it than the opposite and beside many professional bodybuilders use them for some workout like ronnie coleman 8 times Mr Olympia, pay some attention of those professional bodybuilder and even amateur videos when you watch its may help you to get some tips which may be quiet helpful.

  • PS: as I said before you don't chew a chewing gum with every exercise, you can't do that while doing crunch or bench press for example but if you do it while doing dumbbell bicep curl or shoulder dumbbell raise will you have to concentrate on it???? If yes its not for you then .

  • Scooby doesn't reccommend it, but nobody said you have to do what Scooby says. So ease up and do as you please, it's your choice.

  • OBVIOUSLY I can do as I wish its doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out, I just wanted to share my point of view !!!!!It's a crime???? You are talking like people should watch his videos and shut up or make only good comment, thats crazy !

  • I think people are happy to hear what you say, misterssolympia.

However we need to consider whether we take advice from someone who looks like Scooby, or someone we haven't seen.

When you say, "It's proved by scientists," can you tell us who the scientists are ?

  • Pro-bodybuilding vids aren't aimed at us powerlifters, this guy is an engineer, he knows how things work and has helped me a bunch with his vids. If a pro does it, doesn't make it right, each to there own eh. Afterall, ronnie has the worst deadlifting technique I have ever seen, bounces on the bench, I trust scoobys wise words too, I need all the help I can get to keep my joints in shape and doing partial leg raises has increased my deadlift in powerlifting too, so he knows well for me :)

  • To finish this is my comment which has been delete for anyone who didnt see it : Hi Scooby, Firstable Im a fan of your videos and enjoy to watch it the most of the time but today I dont agree with something you said on 01:12 and 03:07 about the chewing gum because chewing gum give you energy through the sugar it contains during your workout and help you to be focus, its proved by scientists its not something I just made up, chewing gum dont distract you as you said,

  • ...you dont know everything scooby and remain a human being like all of us, stop to act like a kid and be more mature for the benefit of all of us !

  • and its not the first time its happen you did it a couple of months ago with another of my user name for the same kind of reason just because I didnt agree with you on 1 point, I havent been rude I just gave my point of view !!!You did that to a lot of people I guess, it wont help people who want to improve in their workout as you only want them to follow your way and do what you are doing

  • Firstable Im VERY DISPOINTED by you Scooby ! You deleted my comment on the chewing gum regarding this video( 01:13 and 03:07) and block me from posting on your videos just because i didnt agree with you on the fact that chewing gum during workout distract???. Its not professional at all and neither and adult attitude, I didnt agree with you on that point and believe that we are all human being and can make mistakes as you did...

  • Your comment is still where it was - right above my reply.

  • I delete very, very few comments. I delete spam and people just wanting to advertise something. I delete R-rated comments and I delete comments containing or inciting violence. Yours was none of the above. I block people when they cant be respectful of others views and start name-calling, this doesnt happen often either.

  • amazing vids like usualy mate thank you!

  • Hi, i have been training for 2 years now and im 15. I have been taking protein shakes for about 6 months and recently been taking creatine for about 3 weeks, is creatine 100% safe for me ?

  • Six weeks ago you said you were 15 and have been lifting for a few months. Now you are 15 and have been lifting for two years? :)

  • I didnt see my comment dude, I left it yesterday and I cant see it anymore neither the comment of the person who was saying that I was right and beside I never said that Im 15 because I'm a grown up man with kids . My comment was on the user name "mistersolympia" if you pay attention you will see that I add a "S" because I have been block from posting here with that user name and my comment has been deleted, I had to create a new user name to post again today!

  • im an ectomorph my neck is quite long but thts nt wat im woried bout i mean its long and skinny i look like a pencil neck lol and it looks odd on me is there any way to make ur neck muscles bigger?

  • Check out Scooby's "shrugs for traps" video. Or something like that.

  • Neck is tough to make more muscular without injuring it, I'd just work on traps like sonnak suggested.

  • I doubt the miniscule amount of sugar in a gum makes much of a difference. A constantly balanced nutrition is way more important.

Not to mention the safety hazard about chewing while working out, as Sexomaticveganfreak already pointed out above. I at least don't want to do flyes on my back being in danger of suffocating from my gum.

  • Tremendously helpful video. Great humor and Hans reference! Thanks!

  • i have a problem when i started to work out on my biceps ive seen that my biceps are looking pretty good but the place where it goes to my elbow it doesnt look and feel that this place was buffed so what am i doing wrong?

  • Nothing. The form of your biceps is genetically given.

  • you say three just like the valedictorian of my high school AND bob barker

  • Geeze, Now I'm going to be self conscious about the way I say "three". Guess I'm in good company if I say it like Bob Barker though :)

  • your lessons are the best, you also make training look a lot more fun than it is,

  • So I watched the entirety of the video, and I am going to start figuring out how to do this stuff properly.

However, I don't understand why we don't stretch in between workouts. I've always tended to be very lazy about this (and besides, I'm interested in looking good, not maximum athletic performance), so it comes as no small delight to hear that I've been doing it right all along, but could you offer some rationale?

  • Its not that stretching is *bad*, its just that I feel the there are much more important things to do between sets.

  • I may or may not have almost peed my pants at the beginning during the hat shenanigans. Top notch.

  • Whats even funnier is when you see someone do this at the gym while they are working out 'seriously'.

  • i have random question.. is it ok to work out bi and tri on the same day ?? like i did today .. once a month

  • Working out bis and tris together is pretty common in advanced workouts.

  • thank you for your posting..you're awesome

  • I'm a younger bodybuilder, and I'm delighted that you're methods work for me too

  • hilarious dude! HAHA ur right tho

  • 7:22-7:27 LOOOOOL

  • I really like your videos, It's informative and it's kind of funny.

I'm intrested in being a personal trainer, do you have any info about what I need?

  • ACE, NASM, and ISSA are some of the bigger ones. Do a google search for their reputations. You can have anything between a $49 meaningless mail-order certificate to a university level program depending on the organization you choose.

  • quite funny and of course _veeeeery_ important. this guy knows what matters in body building. slowly, controlled motion but with maximum intensity rather squeeeeeeeze! ;-)

the next video for chest workout should be how to practise dips, Scooby. I really would apprechiate that. alles klar? :D

  • do you use and nutrition suplements

    i.e Creatine, Whey.....?

  • I believe supplements are a very bad idea until the FDA regulates them, you never know what kind of toxic garbage you might buy. Whey I consider a food and not a supplement and I think it can be very important, especially for vegetarians.

  • He Uses Whey.Nothing Else

  • if i have a physique that comes even close to yours scooby when i'm 40+, i'll be more than happy. oh and your tongue-in-cheek humour is hilarious! thanks for all the uploads man you are an inspiration to me and many other natural body builders.

  • Well, the hand strikes are not so strange. Pro russian and other athletes usually get hit by their trainers in the face in order to calm down, focus and wake up. I do it myself and is very effective, haha.

  • tes trop moche pauvre bouffon

  • "your ugly too poor jester?" I dont speak french but I doubt thats a compliment :(

  • Vous faisons cavalier seul avec cette avis.

  • That was a reply to nhestin.

  • ROBOCOP

  • hey scooby,

I feel like i went to the gym and tried out your "mind muscle" approach, but i put up less weight than when i don't focus as much, however i definitely felt it more. Does this sound right?

  • Certainly. If you are more focused on what you are doing and using proper form, its quite likely you will be doing fewer reps or lighter weight because you wont be cheating at all.

  • Great videos scooby I used your tips to pass my PE exam!

  • I feel like, the times I am not 100% focused in the gym, I'll come back home and think "that wasnt a good workout" It feels like I need to have my mind completely on what I am doing, and my form be, not perfect, but accurate, to feel like I have "worked out".

Do you feel the same? does it make sense

  • Yes, this does make sense and is in my opinion pretty much what Scooby was getting at.

  • Haha I love how the hat makes you "unfocused"

    loved this video.

  • No, the dorky hat on sideways just shows how skatter-brained our test subject is :)

  • this is one of the greates videos, indeed scooby ! ;D

i finnaly had an ''pump'' in my chest SINCE MONTHS because i followed up these instructions.

    great man. ur the best...

  • Excellent!!!

  • Yope! Thanks for that. Alles klar ;)

  • What phone is that? Kinda big hah.

  • Hey scooby thanks for the tips. I enjoy watching your videos not only because I learn something new but You make me laugh as well..Keep posting man

  • Scooby - What is your view on listening to music during a workout? Is it a good idea? I have been lifting for 8 months now, should I be looking to start with a lower weight in the first set of my exercises, increasing the weight and lowering the reps over each set?

Yet again another superb video. You inspire me to keep pushing.

  • he answered a similar question yesterday. He said if you have to change the music anytime during your workout then you might as well turn it off. He said it was fine but just put it on hold and don't mess with it at all.

  • oh hey Scooby id like to see a posing video from you lol it might sound weird but im just saying it would be great lol and what is you arm measurment

  • I love these videos man. You really inspire me in my lifting. Common sense advice. Keep up the great work!

  • man i'm really inconsistent in my focus, one day ill be all out 100%, then the next day i'll be 50%. thx for the vid bro

  • im 14 and i get this alot people saying its not healthy for me to be lifting weights, is that true? does it mess up my growth? and even though im 14 will i plateau.

great stuff scooby ur vids help me alot :)

  • I would rather see you spend all your time playing sports like soccer, basketball, martial arts, or skateboarding till you are 17. Doing bodyweight exercises (pushups, pullups, crunches) are fine but I would stay away from the weights, you have decades to lift after you are 18 - there is no hurry to start. Use your youth to work on balance and coordination, tougher to do that later in life.

  • sounds like good advice, i play alot of "soccer" i dont skate but i BMX and can freerun a little, i never do maximum weight i usually do 1/2 weight of what i can do is that ok or does it damage my muscles? i do it to get a edge over friends in stuff as me and my friends are very competetive

  • Dude, bodybuilding after the age of 12 has not been proven to be harmful to your body. However scooby doesn't think it's the best thing to do. I started bodybuilding when I was 13 and had no problems other than with deadlifts (also known as goodmornings). They gave me so much lower back pain, and my form was flawless.

  • Im Thirteen Turning 14 In A Couple Of Weeks And I Find Wide Leg Weight Squats Are VERY Effective.Dead Lifts Are Fine For Me As Long As You Use A Smaller Weight Than You Would With Any Other Exercise.Bent Over Row's I Wouldnt Recommend.

  • great vid, really key info there -!

    thanks scoob!

  • scooby im exercising at home is singing a distraction then?

  • Sorry, I think singing counts as a distraction. :(

  • i am acctualy in yoga but this is the essence of real workout no matter what. maybe just less slaps at the face.:) great video scooby !

  • It's really true that you have to use your brain while doing your excercises ;)

A research asked an amount of peopole to work out and another amount of people just to think about the workout and what their muscles would be doing then.

Ofcourse the real working out people grew more bút! the people who only thaught about working out had muscle improvement aswel!

  • the lower rep you do the stronger will you get but the more unriped you will look so i personaly prefer like 12 on first set then 10 on second and 8 and third becuase then u will grow bigger and look riped and also gain streghnt XD

  • Lol you dont look moreripped by the number of reps youre doing -.-"

Wanna b ripped? get bf 7% or lower..

No amount of reps can beat that -.-"

  • Joostbeers is exactly correct. Wanna get more ripped? Eat less and do more cardio. Wanna get strong? Do resistance training.

  • I Use That-12 then 10 then 8(then 6 if on leg exercises)

  • i can flex most of the body muscles xD

  • 123

  • i must say Thank You Scooby, you are really helpful 5*,

  • Scooby is beautiful

  • Great tips. thanks

  • i know how to flex my chest , shoulders, tri, bi , coler, wings, hips , legs bi n 3 more legs muscels :D just like the way u said :P 1 by 1 n slow xD

  • I don't know what should i say to you.( I started 1 year ago) I learned so many things from you, and these things helped me to develop my own training. The thing is this: you are the best!!!

  • Thanks 0Ymir0!
