These polices officers had raided this home with a search warrant and right to siezure because the home owner was a suspected drug runner/dealer.
The scandal was indeed, the playing of the Wii which they shouldn't have done. However, they should not be demonized as some thieves and criminals for something they did not do, which was illegally break in and take property.
