i want to open another ebay account because a few morons buy my item but never pay.....

Yes it is really a shame a lot of sellers with two accounts use the other account to bid on their own products to increase the price ! Ebay doesn`t do anything because they just own more fees simple !.. 95% of sellers does shilling bidding! We are fed up to hear some idiots in youtube speaking about buyers always in a negative way , all buyers in ebay are unhonest for them, but really ?.. what about YOU shit seller doing shilling bidding all the time ? ebay should protect buyers better.

Most probably a lot of ebayer with two accounts use the other account to bid on their own product to increase the value!!!! Once I was bidding on an item ending in 1 day for 99p, the same item from same supplier was alslo at 99p and ending in 12 hrs and guess what happened. This moron bidded on mine and let the other go... then I got a second chance offer.. Did I buy it??? NO NO... Morons.

I absolutely recommend getting a 2nd acct. About 5 yrs agoI had a horrible time with Fee-bay. I had over 400 positive transactions, not a single complaint. Then 2 girls who where selling the same items as me decided that they didn't like my lower costs. They put me right out of business. E-bay is so huge, they couldn't care less. These 2 chics bid, & bought items from me. Left horrible feedback ruining my 100%. If I had a 2nd account when Fee bay shut me down I would have been fine.

i do have multiple ebay accounts and sell a lot more than with only one

surprising, i sell the same stuff on all 3 of them, but still make more sales than with only 1

higher visibility i guess...

I never buy or sell anything on eBay. eBay is just too careless and lets anything go on. Someone around my town thought they bought a Tiffany's braclet, but it turned out too be fake. eBay is just full of scum.

you guys simply don't know how eBay works.

Your mom probably got half her money back because shipping charges are not refundable. There are actually a lot of protection with Paypal and you can't get screwed on eBay now.

If the person got a "fake" bracelet, she/he probably just didn't read the auction description well. 90% of eBayers don't read descriptions and auction terms.

RE He makes xlnt point about usernames. "Do you want to be Dave12345678910 or GoldFishSupplies... will allow you to target your audience with higher precision." That idea should be carried on not just for your eBay but for your personal accounts as well. One centralized domain name forwarded to your profiles.

if you have a second ebay account can u bid on you're own items so the first persons bid goes up because of thre maximin bid that they may have set? if so they kinda sucks for the buyer and they should record peoples IP addresses so they cant do that

Shill bidding - against eBay TOS. They claim they can even shut down your auction if a family member or roommate bid, even if their sole intent is to purchase the item.

they can trace IP adresses and stuff and go through your accounts' information.

I never went on my sister's computer so they can't retrace anything and she bids on the stuff I sell all the time.

Never got caught. just have to be careful.

Racketeering.Have one account to sell the item and use the other account to drie up the cost to make the other guy raise his base price and if he doesn't then just cancel the auction and hence get the most money u possibly can out of it.Thx for reading.
