He failed to mention one more shitty thing. The story mode forces certain outcomes to missions. You want to change a certain ending of a mission? Get ready for extremely hard, where a bullet kills you, but a grenade scratches them. If you're playing as a member of the other side, the same mission is easy, because it wants that side to succeed.

Brink was a great concept but they did not do it write the cartoony style was one piece of shit feature then the fact every guy looks the same the starting mission was shit the shooting is medium but the interaction of obsticales i loved this feature I look forward to the day when a good shooter adots this feature then we'd truely have a great game. It's quite good, really. If you took a game and just thought of random crap you didn't like, it wouldn't be funny. Brink was absolutely awful. I haven't even watched the video yet but I'd say the thing that ruined it was ruining the storyline with multiplayer influence, and ruining the multiplayer with story influence, leaving the whole thing mediocre.

Just to clarify something here: The game was PUBLISHED by Bethdesa. It was DEVELOPED by a studio called "Splash Damage Ltd." That said, Im still not sure what Bethdesa was thinking publishing this.  Its no TF2-killer and yet it definetely directly competes.

Brink was made by a relatively new company and got bad reviews, all of it's major issues were fixed shortly after release, and it's gameplay is fun.

Battlefield 3 was made by DICE and got amazing reviews, but the campaign is shit, and to this day there are various gamebreaking issues on all platforms (Game crashing on PC, Hackers rampant on PC while DICE does nothing, PS3 VOIP broken, etc.) and DICE/EA has given no ETA on any fixes. Also, not a true BF2 sequel.

I say Brink is the better game.

Brink is a good game. It's buggy and the parkour system isn't great but it's definitely worth having a look at. You can get it for like $10 on Steam and it's actually loads of fun. It was marketed as a class based shooter which in my opinion is incredibly stupid because it really is an objective based shooter. It's a lot like L4D's versus campaign mode except with 16 people. Honestly, reviews for Brink are generally pretty bad, sadly, but that's only because it was reviewed as a full price game.

I don't know how he managed to go through without laughing, because anyone who plays brink knows how useless they are.

Operatives do have some fun mechanics behind them, however playing a operative as a medium is going to get you killed by lack of abilities, heavy is stupid and shares the same attitude, so really the only way to play a operative is as a light. Have fun dying in a second.

They make more money if people watch it on their website I'm sure. They only put the videos on YouTube to advertise the videos to get more people to watch it on the website. I assume it'll be like AVGN and they'll upload the videos after a certain amount of time. Also, you can always just get Mozilla Firefox and get the pop up add-on which gets rid of all the adds on videos as well.
