litle back story, the original batman was kicked out of that area permenantly after going to jail and having his tooth nocked out by some aryan guy and 2 other prisoners after requesting the prisoners to share their sandwiches with him since he didnt have one, since the jail ran short that day

A couple times? "Superman" supposedly has a million dollars worth of Superman swag at his house. He obviously has money but he dresses as Superman and begs for tips because he gets a thrill out of it.

@lmckay023 Dude, the comic con characters are a TOTALLY different thing. First off, it's NOT illegal to dress in costume as a character, but it IS illegal to dress as a character and panhandle money for it. The people that dressed in costume at a Comic con or even Halloween aren't trying to get people to give them money for it, these goofballs are asking for money however. Plus a lot of them have been know to get mad for not getting a tip, which no one has to give them, that's harrassment.
