Ashley, all those wires are helping Gabriel live and are monitoring his important vital signs like listening to his heart rate, helping him breathe, drain tubes because he had a operation & had blood in his lung cavity needed to be drained out. You see Gabey's stitches? He just had a major successful operation & they put all his vital organs back in their proper places so now they can grow properly & hopefully one day work on their own as they are supposed to. Ashley E.C.M.O. & C.V.V.H. & a ventilator are very special machines that act like a heart, kidneys and lungs etc.. to help the baby rest by doing the work for him so he can rest til he is strong enough and his vital organs can work on their own. I can't remember which does which right now, but I will get back to you on what ones do what exactly. Thank you for asking & watching Gabey's video. Many Blessings, Rose
