Bootcamp is a program which is a product of apple,free to use.İts divide your harddisk into 2 pieces.With that process you have 2 operating system in 1 machine.I've been using at least 4 years.It works like a charm.(VMware Fusion and any other mirror programs arent apple product and i personally not recommend those for getting full performance for your experience especially gaming)

How is it horrible? It runs Windows natively, which is a must if you're gonna attempt to run games. Yes VMware Fusion is capable of running games tentatively with Direct X 9 support, but if you tried to play COD4 it just wouldn't happen.

Okay this is how I put it. PC's suck if you buy a stock one like an HP etc. They break and slow down. If you make a custom one then they are amazing if you know what you are doing. I run all my gaming through my PC. I personally like the MAC interface a lot more and it's operating system runs great. Microsoft got kinda killed by Vista I run XP on my PC because Vista blows. I use my Macbook Pro for all the awesome features that come with MAC. I only use my PC for gaming and video editing.

The only cons about getting a Mac is the cost, the OS is great and it works in a very intuitive way, and it's also a very reliable Operating System. Windows 7 also seems to be pretty solid so far, good drivers compatibility and improved performance. I am not dogmatic and religious about OS's I just see them as tools to accomplish something and I'm satisfied with both. What are we arguing about anyway?

That's the funny thing. The RAM has pretty much 0 effect on gaming. It would just load the game faster. And only as fast as a PC with 4GB. The graphics card does 99% of the work as long as the CPU is no bottleneck.

When you play a game on PC: if it lets you customize your graphic settings, then you can always max it out and have better/equal to graphics to its console counterpart. AKA, if you get a personal computer with a sufficient gaming videocard, you will get pretty good graphics.
