MB must be sooooo short. Kate is the same height as him when she has heels on... sometimes she looks taller. You got to figure MW is 5'5"ish and the average heel is 2-3" so that means hes like 5'8", 5'9". hehehe. Little man, big......ego. hahaha
Oh, that scene with Kate & Ian wasn't as bad as I thought it would be for Kate. Ian was essentially coercing money from Kate by threatening Sonny. Kate was just trying to protect Sonny!

I can totally see your point about Kate trying to protect Sonny, but I dont think Sonny will see it that way. Just another thing to break the two up.
