As a way to reduce pollution, car pollution curbing is already many decades old. But since we can make electric or other cars that don't use gas at all, car pollution curbing is totally obsolete and a louzy excuse for green policy. Just make a program for 5 years to replace all cars with gas-free cars. Don't waste time and money to catalyzer-level devices.
