Actually the ED is a Communism, forced labor, this movie was from Earth 2150, not Earth 2160, to be sure,but once you get to know how to use the aliens, playing the first, two alien mission helps, you will find them to be the most powerful faction, it unbalanced Earth 2160

lol the ucs is like EVERYTHING is done by robots, even politics, while humans sit at home and whats this crappy "hot news", doing nothing but eat and get fat while waiting their robots to build and do everything... a little like modern america ^^

The UCS is controlled by an AI. wich name i forgot :(

but when the space ship is completed, The AI sents humans to the space ship.

but when its about to leave the AI begins to relize how much worth the humans have and decided to dump the human cargo and colonize Mars for itself and his robotic minions.

The AI's name is Golan, well at least it is the main AI, there are several sub's like Ares and the like. But despite everyone thinking initially that the onboard computer killed every human in the ship, it was actually discovered that the humans were put in a trance like sleep, while the AI waited for the battle on mars between the LC and the ED to "calm down". Of course it didn't know that as soon as it landed, it would wake up the Aliens ^^

In the beginning it was Golan, but Golan got crazy so they killed it in the last mission of "Lost Souls" and the the auto pilot of the rescue ship Pheonix (or Noahs Ark) changed the course after it noticed the war between the Lunar Corp and the ED on mars (UCS came there before and woke up the aliens , idiots XD) and stopped somewhere in space (you find it in the Earth 2160 campaign and use it to jump through a gate to a planet called Eden)
