where did you get that texture? if you made it yourself, could i inquire as to how? i have photoshop and i tried to do this sort of thing but it looked stupid (mostly because there was no transparency and i had to use chroma key) so what should i save the pic as to keep it's transparency?

Oh, I get most of my textures from deviantAr :) It's a website where you can get those things. I just place the texture on top of the video and pick a way to blend it :D I used 'multiply' for this video.
Perfect! It has the most blending options! Okay, you know how there are a bunch of tracks where you can stack the clips over each other (if not, right click and duplicate the tracks)? In each track, there's a little green box. If you click it you get a bunch of options like overlay, soft light, hard light, multiply, etc. Pick one that fits best. There should be tutorials around the Toob if my explanation didn't help XD;;;

Yeah, but I don't want to bother 'cause my dad already bought it. Plus there's a risk I could get caught and I don't want that kind of thing in my conscience x)
