Captain BOSIO was NOT working on the Costa Concordia but boarded the ship to get home to Savona. TOO LATE, he coordinated the entire rescue effort, working alongside crew members throughout the night, helping women & children into lifeboats. Could the GPS been compromised like the Iranians did to the Drone over Iran ? If the ship was four miles off course, but no bells and whistles going off, then the computer and satellite equipment had to be switched off or compromised to encourage the ship to drift . Even if the Captain is off station the whole crew has Sonar and  GPS to alert and avoid this, So, was the computer hacked into , or did someone do this ? The Captain being arrested seems more so to silence him .
