Hi 'GState.. Just so you know, I am a registered Independent and I watch O'Reilly and if you spend any time actaully watching his show you will see he is not a "Talking Head". In other words, he will challange his guests. Is he right 100% of the time? No, but a good deal of the time he is. He actually shows you both sides of the coin and then you make the decison for yourself. It is actually a pretty good show. I think that is why people watch it. And it is informative, too.

i have watched his show many times, and he is more of a talking head than any other outspoken anchor is. the difference with oreilly is that he lies and distorts information, braggs about his ratings, thinks he has knowledge about anything and everything, and his interviewing skills are extremely strange when he cuts people off, doesnt let them finish a thought, and cant ever admit he is wrong. by the way, he is not right most of the time, if anything wrong more than anything.

the show is not that good because it is all debating and yelling and screaming at eachother and no information is passed, just drama between people talking and getting heated and emotional. how do you receive information like that? all you get is opinions... nothing informative is passed, so i dont know what show you are watching, but it is not as good as caliber as you are explaining. simply put, people watch fox news and oreilly because he creates drama with his debates and ppl love to watch.
