I think Autzen Stadium is VERY underrated. You always hear people say the Swamp, the Horseshoe, Death Valley, and places like that are the loudest in America, but I don't think Autzen gets enough credit. The fans there are loud, crazy and into the action. I've never had the chance to go there for a game(since I'm on the other side of the country), but I know enough about Autzen to know that it is one of the loudest stadiums in the land. Actually according to ESPN, Husky Stadium is the loudest stadium in the nation. around 135 decibels at the Oklahoma game! Husky stadium and Autzen are the loudest in the nation though 1 and 2!! Pretty sweet!

actually its not first off autzen has reached 127.2 decibals which is lowder than a jet engine at 124 decibals when u are there u cant even hear youself scream. second there is no track around the field so the stands are closer to the players so when the opposing team is on offensense it is so loed they cant communicate! oregon ducks ftw!!!!!!

in 07 i got season tickets prob the best money ive ever spent. watching dixon run that O what amazing..

Even ESPN does not recognize the 130.2 that ESPN recorded at Husky Stadium, nor the unsupported 132.8 spoken of below at Death Valley. Oregon's Autzen Stadium is the loudest at 127.2 db, recorded on October 27, 2007 USC at Oregon.

I think Autzen Stadium is VERY underrated. You always hear people say the Swamp, the Horseshoe, Death Valley, and places like that are the loudest in America, but I don't think Autzen gets enough credit. The fans there are loud, crazy and into the action. I've never had the chance to go there for a game(since I'm on the other side of the country), but I know enough about Autzen to know that it is one of the loudest stadiums in the land. And yeah, sometimes it gets pretty crazy at the Swamp too.
