Your xbox always shows up as Microsoft Corporation. Your router is labeled as whatever the brand name of your router is such as netgear or linksys or 2wire or dlink, etc.

This IS foul play. If you send someone a party invite and then a Full voice message then tell them to listen to the message while in the party, while they listen you boot them from the party and it will cause their xbox to freeze.
