  • Nice playing. Nice solo. I enjoyed your video. You've got it right and I feel you when you marvel at Jerry's brilliance at moments like this solo when he was "on." His depth as an artist is deeper than even a lot of his fans realize. Keep on pickin. --Seth

  • @gratefulguitarlesson Thanks...you have some really great lessons going on...you live in San Diego?

  • @jkilcull thanks. no. im in New Jersey.

  • what effect is that?

  • I use a Fender HSS and Fender 100 Watt 2x12

and run the Fender through a Digitech RP7 foot pedal (lots of reverb and some gain)

  • Yeah love that country blues sound with the major notes! Sounds great!

  • Man, that is incredible! I have so much to learn! I can get so lost in postions and notes! ARGGGGGG Frustration as all hell, Thanks a bunch Sweet!

  • I enjoy the sounds that come from jerry's guitar.

  • nice work thank you

  • Finally! Somebody who can teach me some Jerry! (besides Jerry!) I think this is rolling! I'm working through this with you (tabbing it out) and I'm seeing different positions, comparing the original with us, and the Boss has just got soooo many notes and harmonics in between that you can barely hear... what fun! I can't wait to add some Delay and see if it sparkles.

  • thirds and 7ths...and all the others too...

  • awesome, learning a lot of theory from you, sounds like jerry really liked to move into and use the "thirds"
