If Bolt was 5'11" like Gay he would be slower obviously but same story goes with Gay, if Gay was 6'5" like Bolt he would also be slower, so it depends. Bolt's first 60m in Berlin was 6.31 no one with Bolt's build should be able to get out fast enough to run that for there first 60m split.
