@klegend0 it can't look fake as it was real and filmed just like you see it. but you have to understand the video as what it is. it is very difficult to not hurt people in a video like this. be sure that you don't want to be the part who is thrown all the time. do you know wudang masters? master wang is not throwing people everyday for fun or for a video like this. far from it. but when he really throws somebody it looks kind of different believe me and couldn't make a nice video.
@klegend0 it is true that master wang is not rooted all the time in this video. good for the partner. do you really think that master wang would want hit his student seriously? I hope not. Also this was a spontanious video, not indended to be perfect. But is reality ever perfect? Master Wang is a natural person without too much artificial pride. He isn't about to satisfy everybody with his performances. Sorry, that you don't like it. Nevermind! best greetings
@klegend0 :D that's funny! I'm his accepted disciple. I seriously follow master wang's guidance since 2004 now. You know, I am like others too. Sometime I don't believe how applicationy will be used or if they would work out at all. But that's the best way to learn from master wang, because once I've verbalized my doubt...I found myself on the ground. I was hit often only because of my doubt or accidently by his quick natural reflexes.
@klegend0 No problem at all, we are able to talk about things freely, so it's part of the exchange. Somehow I like some critical thinking more than blind acceptance. I think, many confusion about kungfu and especially internal kungfu like wudang comes from blind acceptance of legends and exaggeration. To believe what we see, hear and touch or be able to feel ourselfs is still a good way to prevent from misguidance and confusion. You made an honest comment, that's fine.
@ChongLong83 i do kung fu too so im used to alot of fakers an i dont see enough body movments to generate a push lik tht this iis the main reason why im skeptical i respect alot of wudang styles alot of them are like moving meditation
@klegend0 Hey that's ok. I wouldn't try or want to convince you, especially not verbally. It's not worth the effort, but showing it physically is making things clear very quick. Maybe you can find another way to find out more about the internal martial arts of wudang. Obviously the student of master wang is giving way to the force, but I would always recommend to do that in the training. Otherwise all the force goes directly into the body and can cause serious internal injuries.
lots of qi
