Go to 2 player mode then let the player2 chop you'r head off with a katana and thats it.

u dont need a bike, i figured it out a long time ago. go into 2 player with katana and have 2 player cut 1 players head off. bike not needed.

nope the game still shows his head in cutscenes but after the cutscene is over it shows him headless
what do you mean? you can all you need to do is be in 2 player mode and have p2 cut the head off p1 with a samuri sword
