Overseas Pakistanis(DHA valley Overseas Block) Plot holders are more badly cheated by DHA valley management then Pakistanis, Pakistani are paying only about 9000/US$ for 8 marla plot, and Overseas Pakistani will pay about 13500/US$.( you may check in your account statement 250 + 12900 + 350 = 13500/=).
DHA still fail to open its basic DHA Highway, which is the only way to enter the DHA valley.
and now i hear that DHA is planing to demand more amount from its members.
@atiqurrehman99 DHA valley phase 2 extension and expressway projects are not likely to be completed. The projects were planed with intentions to make money and mission has been achieved. Members have to make serious efforts for their rights.
I think we should unite and do some collective effort. I have created a group on facebook "DHA Valley-Islamabad" please join it. Also there is a page on wikipedia "DHA Valley Islamabad", you can edit and write your findings there. Please be active.
