I don't see the problems, there's no snow and it can't be that cold. Come again when you have 40cm with snow that means about 10 cm hard packed snow on the plowed bike roads and -25 degrees.
@hasse102 Who said there were problems? Maybe you didn't see the whole video but there are people skating on the pond. That means the temps were below zero: as stated in the text, it was minus 3. The climate of the Netherlands cannot be compared with Finland. The Netherlands never has 40cms of snow, nor temps of minus 25.
When this video first started, I thought that it had been filmed in the UK. 30 ish years ago, I used to spend a lot of time in Holland. Including Utrecht. Never have I seen that much litter on the floor tho. Maybe some tourists from the UK came thru town that day.....
@MrTatts64 you mean the white stuff in the gutter in the first scene? Those are actually bits of leftover snow, You can see patches of snow throughout the video.

Where is the snow? In Groningen we still have snow on the side of the street. :-)

Utrecht had a lot less snow than the north of the country. Just something left in the park but not in most streets.

That is amazing. I don't see that many cyclists even in the Summer time and i live in a resort destination.
