@juniorjenova To me, Dawn of Sorrow forced some relationship between Julius and Yoko. While playing as Soma, you hear several times from Yoko that she's acting as Julius' contact and he visits her often. In Julius Mode, there's also her dialogue with Julius when you recruit her.

On the top of that, she doesn't mention Arikado any time at all.

I think she's actually a vampire. In the Castlevania games the more powerful vampires tend to get wings. Case in point, Dracula's Demonic Forms have wings for instance.
