  • it is likely that you will suffer from recurrent subluxation. Many people believe surgery is a 'quick fix' however evidence suggests that surgery is only suitable in highly active or sporty individuals. For the average individual it is worth getting it treated conservatively by a physiotherapist who will work on the stabiltiy around the shoulder and the shoulder blade before beginning to strengthen the joint once again. Its also very important post surgery

  • i have recurrent dislocation of my left shoulder i hurt it about 5 years ago i went to a doctor and he says i need 3 pins my shoulder pops out a bit from the back when i lift my arm up and feels weak overall i get pains in the back of my neck the left part my left front delt and my left pec is this a serious operation can i recover

  • Not sure if you got any feed back or not, but i tore the shit out of my shoulder playing ball. almost needed a replacement. its rough for a while. i had my surgery almost a year now and i still have pain, such as now actually my shoulder blade in the back is killing me. Its never going to be 100% again, so im told. I have the 3 screws that you said you would need as well but keep working on it after the surgery. Don't let the scar tissue build up otherwise it will be a major pain in the ass
