I have lifted a 40' container of a trailer chassis quiet a few times using a 15000LB forklift, has to be empty and lift and tip back slightly then pull trailer away; I wish I videoed the last lot but my knees were all ready shaking enough while I was doing it.
Genius but I have seen a guy with a more ingenious method than yours he used a 70'000LB lift crane .... I just do not know why more people do not think of it!
How much would it cost to rent a forklift capable of moving 40's?

Some might even say this machine was DESIGNED to move shipping containers. But you can only use the forks when the container is empty

@linkspider
40" are just as simple. I manufactured these types of units for a few years in Africa.
