You can use the GP (Grand President) on short or long term vacation stays, no minimum days required. Location is great, near all popular shopping and entertainment. A good easy going area.
Moreover they don't charge you if you bring a lady from outside to stay for a night unlike other hotels where u pay 1000 bahts for one lady

Are they by the month for visitors
Are they by the month with a years lease or are they for only visitors staying a few weeks to a few monthes?
