  • To hire undocumented labor, pay substandard wages for dirty, dangersous jobs, without the beneifts of OSHA laws, workmans comp laws, or medical benefits, is not "humane' nor compassionate

    Did the CEOs of Agriproducers have any concern for the undocumented labor that they exploited? Is it "humane" to tolerate sexual harassment of female workers, or to bypass labor laws regarding minors?.

  • I believe it was Reb Moshe Feinstein who said that Jewish people should not transgress the laws of their host country. Rubashkin should have tried harder to not transgress the immigration laws of America. I pray Hashem will deem the mitvos that Rubashkin peformed will weigh in favor of Rubashkin.
