I wonder why there are so few games that feature female children as the main character. Heck, this is a game about rain forests and animals and yet they still have a male hero. Kinda sad really, and they wonder why many girls are not interested in video games.

check a video for 'Pepper's Adventure in Time' this was one of the first games i played as a kid :D and it features a girl and her dog.

I have to strongly question the mullet, main character-designwise.
Otherwise the game was pretty cute.
