@privatevinyl I presonally think its best to start at a young age i did and im glad it made me who i am today...im 15 from fort myers florida been doing MMA since i was 6 and i learned discipline, self respect, commitment, integrity etc...its really fun to do i love it my dream is to be a UFC fighter or something. if not then i will try to teach it at least. but it made me a really nice kid growing up i respected people more than myself all my life...if you think its bad
