The great part of this game was the user control...its certainly better than realism and failure of gameplay in nextgen. Madden ruled the PS2 generation until 2005 when 2K5 came out, but Madden was still good in 2005 and even 06. Next gen failed because they tried to reinvent the wheel and that wheel has not made it out of park.
