If it wasn't for Ricky and what I've learned from him - usually over a drink or two - I wouldn't be going for my ASL Certification and MA in Special Ed, bearing in mind I should not treat adult deaf and hard of hearing as children! GO RICKY!
The very deaf, as I am, hear the most astounding things all round them, which have not, in fact, been said. This enlivens my replies until, through mishearing, a new level of communication is reached.
hey i am a Gallaudet student myself and i am here to tell u that i totally agree with what u have been talking about on the video. i was there at gallaudet and at the protest, hope everything will go on with what we want.
I am amazed at this. I am not sure what to think about how the students feel, I hope they are thinking this over very carefully before they go any furthur.
