I believe Stephen Jones is talking about Charlie and Mike Touchette. All three survived in Georgetown.
Michelle Touchette did not survive and neither did Al Touchette who was among one of the airstrip shooters. Mickey Touchette was one of the so-called Gang of Eight defectors in California in 1973 and was active in Concerned Relatives at the time of this recording.
