@Sophiekooi Aurora is killed but he spirit lingers, but before her death, Aurora had a daughter who lost her father from war, she was raised by her grandparents. Odette, the daughter, is betrothed to John Smith, and one day, John happens upon Aurora's spirit. He doesn't realize she is dead, but it infatuated. Odette catches him with her dead mother(though she doesn't know it's her mother) confronts him, insults him and in a rage John kills Odette, and then he is executed and ends up with Aurora.
