Who said anything about leaking? The maf calibrates air fuel ratios based on air volume at the intake. All of a sudden, in-between shifts and under throttle life, that air isn't there, but the fuel still is, you run rich and that leads to drivability and reliablity issues.

the turbosmart bov holds more boost over stock. i have my compact blk out bov by turbosmart and i hold much more boost now.

It should take maximum of 10-15 minutes to remove and install a new BOV on the Speed3, even to the untrained person. It took me 10 minutes to take my factory one off, and bolt on my Greddy Type-S..

well i run full recirc with mine. car runs better and less popping/backfiring. the only reall difference is aftermarket bpv can hold much higher boost. u will see higher boost spikes with an aftermarket bpv as well. stock bpvs tend to leak under boost
