Karen, I want to make sure....Do I ever stop using the sublingual drops? I know I have to stop using during my period but what is that info about one day out of a week that you stop using them, for females only? I just want to make sure, I'm on my 2nd VLCD today...Thanks!
Thats amazing Im on my 37th day and 21 pounds down. Its so worth it. But question, I thought that it was not very healthy to do it for an extended period of time... Its that true? Congrats. 2.5 weeks left for myself. Its so worth it.
ok, so shall do this! i am 280 lbs and i am 5; 11. i figure a healthy weight for me is 180. i will order soon as i get my check. so i figure it is about 90 days till the end of the year. i can have my weight lost by then never to be found again! hahaa
my mother is 75 and very heavy and has diabeties and high blood pressure do you or anyone out there think that this would be safe for her to do or not please help!

Absolutely incredible. You are a true phenomenon! Looking sooo thinner! Prettier every VLOG! I am NOT looking forward to VLCD with cold weather. It is definitely worth it, though!
