I lived in Michigan where the job market is the WORSE. I recommend social networking. It's really the best way to get a job. Reputations are more valuable than resumes. Good luck.
Mi is HORRIBLE for jobs. Almost every job I have ever obtained has been through networking. Luck is the only way I am going to find work right now.
There really aren't any McJobs right now for anyone, people getting laid off from salary career paths are gobbling them up. Everyone is taking a step or more down in their work. Me, being a student on the bottom rung, is screwed for now. Ah well, money is overrated.
Ok, YouTube is being bizarre and not allowing my comments to post.
Last year the army announced that NORTHCOM will field active batallions in the US starting October 1, 2008, for emergency riot-control / civil unrest purposes. If their plans have gone according to their stated goals, there are ~20,000 active duty US soldiers on United States soil, ready to rock, right now.
Defense Department Establishes Civilian Expeditionary Workforce
01-30-2009
American Forces Press Service - Gerry J. Gilmore
WASHINGTON The Defense Department is forming a civilian expeditionary workforce that will be trained and equipped to deploy overseas in support of military missions worldwide, according to department officials.
The intent of the program is to maximize the use of the civilian workforce to allow military personnel to be fully utilized for operational requirements,
Conscription will be the mass media's buzzword to avoid the D word. The civilian expeditionary workforce is the pentagon's way of getting more workers without actually drafting them into a branch of service.
Oh my goodness, I would be scared i would get in, leave for training and come back thoroughly brainwashed! I actually am fearful of the civil defense training program for youth. I wonder if there is brainwashing techniques they plan on using.
It is an old t-shirt of Bills, gotta love old baggy comfie shirts!
I was thinking to myself, if something were to happen, would I rather die or be "re-educated". It is a strange thought process to try to work through.
I had the thought that it was false, but when I checked the number a recruitment center answered. So either someone is making a statement by creating that falsely, or it actually was posted.

I was recently studying the youth brigades of past corrupt societies and found myself disturbed by similarities.

See stimulus.
See stimulus buy
See stimulus buy people
See stimulus program people
See people tag other people
See people run
The cycle of the human commodity- buy, sort, tag, ship, reprogram, tag, sell, use, repair/recycle/discard.
What a wonderful existence. NOT!
