Oh wow, Congratulation on such a fantastic video you've present! The maker of this vid is very talented...looks so professional. Thanks for sharing your trip to an amazing journey to Cambodia. Looks like you've learned or have fun! Cheers.
There is so much more than 'us', the video reminded me of lesson's I learned myself, and moved me to tears. Confronted with the vastness of our world, and still comfortable. I can see how much you've grown, it shows on your face, in the way you move, wisdom. And it hasn't been so long since I saw you last. These pictures are but a drop of the ocean of memories you hold. And these secret memories, that can never be articulated, are source for the beautiful things you're creating. So moved.
Very nice work man. What do you do for a living that you can travel this much? I agree with the comment below. I think you could make some cut's to make it more dinamic to the viewer. Or, as I said before, you could make a script to shot in locations like that. What's your team? you and a girlfriend? Who operates the camera while you are having fun??? ;)
Have backpack, will travel. You've captured age; you've captured time. The very large bricks tells a back-breaking story of how the place was built. The little girl, the building one wonders how many generations separate them. The children are irrepressible. We should never grow up. If it means no longer being inquisitive, no longer being curious, we should never grow up.
there are definetly some great scenes here, but i think the whole movie is a bit too long, and that disturbs the good parts in it. it's not bad, but you've done better ;) but i agree to albrenner, silence can be great sometimes, when it's used wisely :)
A very nice cut from the long shot of climbing the temple to the-close up of the spider and web. I was about to suggest you be more judicious with your use of music when you stopped it in the film. I love the silence, because it is not silent. It is the sound of footsteps, birds and monkeys and monks chanting in the background. Children around the camera was delightful. Whoever shot it should have moved in closer and done a lot of close-up..Close is good in video)
