Test drive both of them and find one wich one suits you better, H22(Lude) or K20(RSX). Everybody will tell you the one they like better, as for me ill take the RSX-S couse of the 6th gear and lighter.

the prelude has a bigger engine with more torque, but is about 450 lbs heaver, and only a 5spd trans. but since the rsx's engine is smaller, and the car is lighter, and has a 6 spd it pretty much evens it out, but in the big picture the rsx is faster, but not by much. I own an 01 prelude SH and my friend owns an RSX. you cant go wrong with either one really. theyre both fuckin sweet.
