To the confused people:

First off, this bug is patched.

This bug was done by smuggling a barbarian egg, and using it on someone when they have 1 item in their invi, and when they pricechecked it, the item went out of their invi, and when this egg was used on them, it went into their invi until they stopped price checking the item, and when they got kicked from the house, it acted as if they item wasn't in their invi, and it got dropped.
