D'awwww... Tim! I think for you, you just need to build a friendship with a girl. One of my friends who I met this year wouldn't dare even look at me (he's beyond shy), and now it's been about 5 months and we've become good-ish friends. Now, whenever he talks to me, he's gained the confidence to A) say something B) look me in the eye. I'm not saying we like each other or anything, but I see potential.
