They are. Blizzard doesn't use very many voice actors, they rely on them changing their voice a bit or using software to modify their voices a bit.

Though i'm not saying it's bad, Deathwhisper has a pretty unique voice and i think the actor is doing a terrific job.

Sindragosa could have sounded more "ancient-dragon-consort"-ish instead of a crazed beast.

Still love both their voices though :)

It is really good voice acting. It's her personality and its consistent between events
