My birthday falls on the anniversary of the massacre at Wounded Knee. I can never forget that. I also can never forget the comments about native americans made by author Frank L. Baum (Wizard of Oz) in the newspaper that he edited. I've never much cared for his books even before I knew that. Thank you for keeping the story of Lost Bird alive. It is very moving.
